Our fees are to offset the cost of the aging process! All meat is frozen, boxed and ready for you to pick up!

  • Beef 499 lbs. or less hanging weight will be charged a flat fee of $490 & NO KILL FEE (regular cut)
  • Beef 500-599 lbs. hanging weight will be charged $.96/lb. for processing & NO KILL FEE
  • Beef 600-699 lbs. hanging weight will be charged $.90/lb. for processing & NO KILL FEE
  • Beef 700-799 lbs. hanging weight will be charged $.87/lb. for processing & NO KILL FEE
  • Beef 800-899 lbs. hanging weight will be charged $.85/lb. for processing & NO KILL FEE
  • Beef 900+ lbs. hanging weight will be charged $.83/lb. for processing & NO KILL FEE
  • Sandwich Steak = $1.00/lb.
  • Stew or Canning Meat = $1.00/lb.
  • Ground Beef Patties 20lb. minimum $1.00/lb.
    (Any other ground meat in vacuum sealed bags is an addition $.50/bag.)
  • Beef Snack Sticks (15 lb. minimum) $3.00/lb. (1 batch = $45.00)
  • Summer Sausage - 13 lbs. beef + smoked pork (example: 1 batch = $95.00 + $12 if cheese added)

  • Hogs 199 lbs and below will be charged a flat fee of $190 processing & NO KILL FEE
  • Hogs 200+ lbs will be charged $.95/lb. hanging weight for processing & NO KILL FEE
  • Smoke Meat Fee = $.95/lb.
  • Sausage Seasoning = $.65/lb
  • Maple Sausage Seasoning = $.25/lb
  • Link and Patties = $1.00/lb
  • Lamb will be charged a flat fee of $100.00

Whether you have a 200lb batch of grind, or a small 8lb batch, it will always be made separately. We understand the importance of raising and cleaning your animal the way you want to eat it.
