Our fees are to offset the cost of the aging process! All meat is frozen, boxed and ready for you to pick up!
- Beef 500 lbs. or less hanging weight will be charged a flat fee of $385 (regular cut)
- Beef 501 lbs. and over hanging weight will be charged $50 butcher/disposal fee plus $.65/lb. hanging weight for processing
- Veal 300 lbs. and under will be charged a flat fee of $235
- Sandwich Steak = $1.00/lb.
- Stew or Canning Meat = $1.00/lb.
- Ground Beef Patties 20lb. minimum $1.00/lb.
(Any other ground meat in vacuum sealed bags is an addition $.25/bag.)
- Beef Snack Sticks (15 lb. minimum) $3.00/lb. (1 batch = $45.00)
- Kill & Chill - Just kill, split and hang = $90.00 plus $8.00 per day.
- Summer Sausage 2.5" casings 13 lbs. of beef = 20 lb. yield @ $4.50 per lb. (example: 1 batch = $90.00 + $12 if cheese added)

- Hogs will be charged $35 butcher/disposal fee plus $.65/lb. hanging weight for processing
- Sausage Seasoning = $.50/lb. - Maple = additional $.25/lb. - Additional $1.00/lb. for links or patties
- Smoke Meat Fee = $.85/lb.
- Roaster Hogs will be charged a flat fee of $70.00. They are skinned with head off.
- Lamb will be charged a flat fee of $85.00
